Shipping

Your order will be posted within 1-2 days of payment being cleared.

Shipping in Australia is charged at a maximum of $5.95 for Regular Post.

International Shipping is at Australia Post rates with a $3.00 handling charge and a percentage extra charge for packaging.

During Checkout you will be given the option to use Registered Post for an additional $2.80.

Express Post is optional, please contact us prior to payment to arrange.

Small Orders

If your order is small (such as one or two packets of brads, eyelets, rub-ons etc) we are able to offer cheaper postage rates - this applies to Australia only.

Please do not pay for your order until we advise an amended total.

All orders in Australia over $75 will be shipped free of charge, however this offer excludes Albums, Photo Books and bulky items.

International Orders will be shipped at their actual rate.  Please wait for a revised total prior to payment..

Returns

Please notify us within 2 days of receipt of your items if your order is damaged or incorrect.  The item will only be replaced or refund issued if the damaged item is returned to us within 21 days.

Please obtain a return authorisation from us prior to sending any items back for refund or replacement.
